We understand if you are running a bit behind schedule, so please let us know (via text message)  as soon as possible. If you are beyond 15mins past your appointment time we will add a $20 late fee to your service.

You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. (Don't worry, we send you a reminder text!) If you cancel after 48 hours you will be charged 50% of the service booked.

No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service booked for the scheduled appointment.
