Jess has been a Licensed Cosmetologist with over 7 years of experience. She is the creator of the Signature Bouncy Blowout and is known for having a true talent for color design and color correction. Jess is also trained by Head Labs in scalp treatments and relaxation techniques.

Marlyn is a Licensed Esthetician and beauty entrepreneur with industry executive experience ranging from luxury retail to international manufacturing and distribution. She is a design patent inventor and co-founder of Booked Hair & Beauty, a boutique salon in Oceanside, NY. Marlyn is also the Principal of Beauty Firm, a business development and creative consultancy.
